On April 27th, ROMB SA (a company of the Capital Group) celebrated the World Days of Safety and Health at Work.
The guests were representatives of the Labor Inspectorate from Poznań, the Office of Technical Inspection and the County Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. The celebration of the day with the slogan “Safety culture – a common cause” was aimed at drawing particular attention to hazards at work and constant and comprehensive activities in the field of improving the safety conditions of workers and health protection in the workplace.
First of all, issues related to the sphere of social dialogue and participation in creating a positive culture of safety and health were discussed, paying particular attention to the importance of building a sense of responsibility and commitment of people at every stage of the work process.
