On 22 April 2025, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. adopted the Development Strategy of Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group for the years 2025-2029, which was approved by the Supervisory Board. The new strategy sets specific objectives related to climate change mitigation, including quantitative and qualitative emission reduction targets. The Capital Group managed material impacts, risks and opportunities related to climate change and environmental issues on the basis of the Strategy and the Climate Policy and Environmental Policy.
The aim of the Policy is to implement a system of management across the entire value chain in order, to support transition to a low- and zero-carbon economy and achieving climate neutrality by 2050.

The Climate Policy covers the requirements specified in the European Sustainability Reporting Standards: ESRS E1 and ESRS E5.
The Environmental Policy is related to the prevention of air, water and soil pollution, waste management, substances of concern, water resources, biodiversity, and ecosystems.
The Policy covers the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards: ESRS E2, ESRS E3, and ESRS E4.
