In the age of ubiquitous screens, it is worth reaching for something analogue. Board games are a great way to spend time offline – without phones, computers and other distractions. Not only are they great fun, but above all, they provide an opportunity to build relationships – both among peers and between generations.
The third edition of the ‘Board Games at the Feet of Mount Szyndzielna in the Beskidy Mountains’ is over. For several days the ‘Pod Dębowcem’ Event Hall was transformed into an amazing universe of ‘unplugged’ games. The ‘TooWhat’ project was also involved. The ‘TooWhat’ twister, memory cards and XXL board game enjoyed a great interest among the organisers, children and teenagers.
For Grupa Kęty, who is a partner of the ‘TooWhat’ project, it was a huge motivation to continue with its efforts. It shows how important such projects and related content are, as they not only entertain, but also support development and strengthen relationships in the real world, away from the screen.
