Pursuant to Section 29.3a of the Rules of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. [Warsaw Stock Exchange], Grupa Kęty Spółka Akcyjna discloses information regarding an incidental breach of ‘The Best Practice 2021’.

1.7. If an investor requests any information about the Company, the Company replies immediately and in any case not later than within 14 days.
The principle has been incidentally breached.
Comments of the Company with regard to the incidental breach of the above principle: The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. informs hereby that on 3 July 2025 it provided a shareholder with information regarding the Company pursuant to Article 428.6 of the Code of Commercial Companies, in reply to the request of the shareholder for providing information on the Company’s cooperation with Resilia Sp. z o.o., as received on 28 May 2025 and supplemented by the shareholder on 13 June 2025, i.e. within longer than 14 days, which means that Principle 1.7 of ‘The Best Practice 2021’, stating that a reply needs to be provided immediately but not later than within 14 days, has incidentally been breached. The breach of the time frame resulted from the need of an additional analysis by the Company of the possibility of providing the shareholder with the information requested, taking into account such issues as the risk of business secret infringement, risk related to contractual limitations, and the necessity of obtaining a consent of an external entity for providing such information, among other things.
Within the last two years there have been no cases of incidental breaching of the principle.
