The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that they received the decision of the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście (Central Cracow) in Kraków, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register concerning the registration of the change of the nominal value of the conditional increase in the Company’s share capital made by virtue of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Grupa Kęty S.A. of 23 April 2015. The nominal value of the Company’s share capital is 1,820,562.50 PLN.
