In reference to current report No. 14/2016 dated 26 April 2016, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that the conditions precedent for the agreement on the acquisition of 100 % of shares and the sale and assignment of debts of AHA EMMI Predelava aluminija, d.o.o. with its registered office in Slovenia from its owner, i.e. BAMC d.d. (Bank Assets Management Company) by the subsidiary ALUFORM Sp. z o.o. based in Tychy, including the main condition, were fulfilled, i.e. on 7 June 2016, the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) granted its consent to the concentration. Accordingly, on 14 June 2016, the transfer of the ownership of shares and the assignment of debts from BAMC d.d. (Bank Assets Management Company) to ALUFORM Sp. z o.o. were completed.
