The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby notifies that, on 22 February 2018, subsidiaries signed loan agreements with mBank S.A. for the total amount of 100 million PLN. The subsidiaries: Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o. and Alupol Films Sp. z o.o., signed a loan agreement with mBank S.A. amounting to 90 million PLN. The loan is be used to finance the investment programme of the said companies. The loan will be secured with a mortgage on real property, a registered pledge on fixed assets with the assignment of receivables under an insurance agreement, a guarantee of Alupol Packaging S.A. and a blank promissory note with a promissory note agreement of each borrower and the guarantor. The loan will be granted until 21.02.2029. The loan may be used in PLN or EUR. The interest rate on the loan is variable and equals Wibor 3M or 6M Euribor 3M or 6M base rate plus the bank’s margin.
Simultaneously, Alupol Packaging SA, Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o. and Alupol Films Sp. z o.o. signed with mBank S.A. a working capital loan agreement amounting to 10 million PLN for the period of 36 months. The amount is the joint total limit for all the aforementioned companies. The loan may be used in three currencies: PLN, EUR and USD. The companies are jointly and severally liable for the loan. The loan is secured with blank promissory notes with promissory note agreements. The interest rate on the loan is variable and equals Wibor O/N, Libor USD O/N or Euribor O/N base rate plus the bank’s margin.
