The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on 29 May 2024 the Annual General Meeting passed Resolution No. 6/24 on dividend payment, based on which it was decided to assign to the payment of dividend to the Company shareholders the total amount of PLN 539,302,773.20 (say: five hundred and thirty nine million three hundred and two thousand seven hundred and seventy three zlotys 20/100).
The dividend record day is set for 21 August 2024, whereas the dividend payment date is set for 4 September 2024 (the amount of PLN 183,963,244.00) and 6 November 2024 (the amount of PLN 355,339,529.20).
The value of dividend per share, with regard to the number of the Company shares as at the date of passing the resolution (9,731,952), amounts to PLN 55.41 per share, of which PLN 18.90 per share as at 4 September and PLN 36.51 as at 6 November.
