The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer or the Company) informs that it has received from a shareholder of the Company, Allianz Polska OFE, entered in the Register of Funds under the number RFe 17, represented by PTE Allianz S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as Shareholder) a declaration of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. Mr Wojciech Heydel, reported by the Shareholder, about which the Company informed in its current report No. 10/2022 of 12 March 2022. The contents of the declaration have been appended to this current report.
Legal basis: § 19.1.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
