In relation to the approval of the Issuer’s and its Capital Group’s budget by the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) announces in the enclosure to this current report the projection of the selected financial and operating results of the Issuer’s Capital Group for the year 2019 and the estimated financial and operating results for the year 2018.
