(hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) informs about receiving from Mr Tomasz Grela Member of the Issuer’s Management Board and Mr Rafał Warpechowski Member of the Issuer’s Management Board, of notifications of transactions in the financial instruments of Grupa Kęty S.A.
