The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on 2 June 2020 the Company received from a member of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. a notification on transactions referred to in Article 19.1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse as well as an amendment to the notification.
The amendment to the notification refers to the date of the transaction, type of the transaction and place of the same.
The contents of the notification and the amendment thereto has been appended to this current report.
