The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs about receiving from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. managing the Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as Allianz OFE) of a notification on a change in the number of shares and the percentage of the total number of votes in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held by Allianz OFE.
