The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) informs that on 15 October 2020 it made a decision on the acceptance of the terms presented by Bank POLSKA KASA OPIEKI S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) as regards amendment of the terms of a credit limit agreement concluded with the Bank, about which the Issuer informed in the current reports No. 32/2018 of 29 October 2018 and No. 29/2019 of 29 October 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), and that an annex to the Agreement was signed.
Pursuant to the annex, the period for which the credit limit will be rendered available by the Bank to all borrowers shall be amended, and the deadline postponed to 31 October 2021. The other terms and conditions of the agreement do not differ from the generally binding standards in that regard
