The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on 17 December 2025 it took a decision on accepting the terms of extending the period of loan availability by 3 December 2027 under the premium multipurpose credit facility agreement, as concluded with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., about which the Company notified in the current report No. 59/2024 of 9 December 2024.
The other terms and conditions extending the period of the loan availability comply with those generally applicable to such agreements.
