Dates of the publication of periodical reports in 2017

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (“the Company”) hereby publishes the fixed dates of submitting periodical reports in the financial year 2017:

Consolidated quarterly financial statements:

– for the first quarter of 2017 –  25 April 2017
– for the third quarter of 2017 –  19 October 2017

The annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2016 – 16 March 2017
Extended consolidated report for the first half of 2017 – 3 August 2017

At the same time, the Management Board hereby informs that:

1. the Company will submit consolidated quarterly reports containing the quarterly financial information referred to in § 83 Clause 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by the law of countries which are not EU members as equal (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2014 item 133) (“the Ordinance”) and therefore will not submit separate quarterly reports;
2. the Company will not submit the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2017 pursuant to § 101 Clause 2 of the Ordinance;
3. the Company will not submit the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2017 pursuant to § 102 Clause 1 of the Ordinance;
4. the Company will submit the consolidated semi-annual report containing semi-annual condensed financial statements pursuant to § 83 Clause 1 of the Ordinance and therefore will not submit a separate semi-annual report.
