The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that the Company’s Supervisory Board, at its meeting held on 7 December 2017, appointed, with effect from 1 January 2018, Mr Piotr Wysocki and Mr Tomasz Grela as Members of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. The expansion of the composition of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. with managers of the two largest business segments of the Group results from the growing scale of operations of these segments and hence of the Group.
Mr Piotr Wysocki is 49 years old and has higher technical education. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Agricultural and Technical Academy in Olsztyn and from post-graduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice. He has worked for Grupa Kęty S.A. since 2000. He started work as a sales director, and later, between 2002 and 2008, he was the sales director of the Extruded Products Segment of Grupa Kęty S.A. He has been the Vice-CEO of Grupa Kęty S.A. since 2008 and, at the same time, he is the President of the Management Board of Aluform Sp. z o.o. Prior to his employment in Grupa Kęty, he had worked in 1998-2000 in Hydro Aluminium Chrzanów Sp. z o.o. from an international concern Hydro Aluminium.
Mr Piotr Wysocki is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained by the National Court Register. Mr Piotr Wysocki has declared that he does not carry out business activities that would be competitive against the Company’s activities, and does not participate in any other competitive business as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partner in a partnership or a member of authorities of any competitive company or of any other competitive legal person.
Mr Tomasz Grela is 44 years old and has higher education. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice with major in technology and management in the construction industry, and he also graduated from post-graduate studies at the University of Economics in Katowice with major in company management.
He has been associated with Grupa Kęty S.A. Group since 2002. In 2002-2006, he was the COO and a Member of the Management Board of Metalplast Bielsko S.A. At the same time, in 2004-2008, he was the President of the Management Board of Metalplast Stolarka Sp. z o.o. Since 2008, he has been the President of the Management Board and CEO of Aluprof S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grupa Kęty S.A. Prior to his employment in Grupa Kęty S.A. Group, he worked as the Sales Director/Logistics Director in Farmakol S.A. and was the marketing team manager in DOMBUD S.A.
Mr Tomasz Grela is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained by the National Court Register. Mr Tomasz Grela has declared that he does not carry out business activities that would be competitive against the Company’s activities, and does not participate in any other competitive business as a partner in a civil law partnership, a partner in a partnership or a member of authorities of any competitive company or of any other competitive legal person.
