The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) hereby informs that, on 29 September 2017, the Company signed an annex to the agreement with Bank PKO BP S.A. to extend for another 12 months the working capital loan agreement amounting to PLN 80,000,000.00 (the loan agreement entered into by the Group companies on 3 July 2008). The financing also covers the following subsidiaries: Alupol Packaging S.A., Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o. o., ROMB S.A., Aluprof S.A. The loan amount is the joint total debt of the aforementioned companies. The above-mentioned loan is used to finance the current operations of the companies. According to specific terms and conditions of the agreement, the companies are jointly and severally liable for the debt under the aforementioned agreement.
