The Management Board of Grupa Kęty hereby informs that the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange) by virtue of its Resolution No. 44/2015 of 12 January 2015:
-confirmed that it had admitted, to stock exchange trade on the primary market, 12,750 series F regular bearer shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. with the nominal value of 2.50 PLN
– decided to introduce, on 15 January 2015, by an ordinary procedure, to the stock exchange trade on the primary market, the shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. if Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depositary for Securities) registers these shares on 15 January 2015 and marks them with the code: PLKETY000011.
The total number of shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. admitted to stock exchange trade, including the said 12,750 series F shares, will amount to 9,393,538 shares.
