The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) notifies about receiving information that on 16 November 2021 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed Resolution No. 1150/2021 on admission to stock trading on the basic market of 760 (seven hundred and sixty) ordinary bearer shares of H series, with the nominal value of PLN 2.50 (two zlotys 50/100) each.
Pursuant to § 36, § 37, and § 38 sections 1 and 3, of the Stock Exchange Regulations, and in reference to § 3a sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Stock Exchange Regulations, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decides to introduce the Issuer’s shares in stock trading on the basic market as at 19 November 2021, providing that the Central Securities Depository of Poland registers the shares on 19 November 2021 and identifies them with the code ISIN PLKETY000011
