The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that, on 29 January 2015, the Company signed the next two agreements with Alumino Espaniol S.A. concerning the purchase and deliveries of aluminium raw materials. The total value of the agreements amounts to ca. 122 million PLN and was determined on the basis of present aluminium quotations at the LME. The largest-value agreement of ca. 71 million PLN was related to the purchase of aluminium raw materials and was signed on 29 January 2015.
An agreement is deemed material when its value exceeds 10% of the equity of Grupa Kęty S.A.
