This year, due to the pandemic, atypically “Together- and yet apart” another family bicycle rally took place in Bielsko-Biała. During the two days, cyclists came to Błonia in Bielsko, adding their kilometers to the social campaigns “Bicycle HELP” or the Bicycle Capital of Poland.
On Sunday, there was also a very nice gesture, because an anonymous donor gave the charges of the Grupa Kęty Foundation to the Children of Podbeskidzie (children and adolescents from the orphanage in Bielsko-Biała at Pocztowa Street) a bicycle.
We look after 9 orphanages, so every equipment will come in handy, says M. Sobczak, president of the foundation. At the end of summer, we already picked up the first bikes as part of the Bike HELP 2020 campaign – 10 pieces, I know that the campaign is very popular, so maybe more bikes will be available. We bow low to all participants of the action and thank the anonymous donor very much !!!
