Aluminium – our main material is appreciated for its properties, such as light weight, plasticity, corrosion resistance, and last but not least – the possibility of multiple recycling without any loss of characteristics.
At Grupa Kęty, we recycle aluminium products, which after melting become a component for aluminium profiles manufacturing that are further used in many industrial sectors. By recycling aluminium, the plant gives the products another life and saves a lot of the energy needed to produce primary aluminium from bauxite ores.
We have been gradually increasing the share of aluminium scrap recycled at our foundry. Only in 2022 we reworked 35,000 tons of aluminium.
