The CEO of Grupa Kęty in TOP 10 of the highest value stock exchange managers

The CEO of Grupa Kęty Mr Dariusz Mańko has been listed in TOP 10 of the highest value CEOs of the Polish stock listed companies. In the category of managerial competences the experts have awarded him the highest score of 10 points.

The experts cooperating with Martis CONSULTING have analysed the CEOs of the largest companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, included in the WIG20 and mWIG40 indexes. The model estimating the value of the managers for the companies has been based on three factors: share price growth rate, EBITDA growth rate, and expert assessment of the managerial competences. In effect, the ranking being the valuation of the TOP 30 stock exchange managers originated.

The experts have assessed the CEO of Grupa Kęty the highest with regard to managerial competences, giving him the highest score of 10 points (the same assessment has been granted to two other managers only). The assessment depended, among other things, on awards and honours obtained as well as the observations and assessments of the consultants.

In the category of the share price growth rate, the CEO of Grupa Kęty has taken the 10th position (a rise from the previous 14th position), with the valuation of PLN 258 million, which means over 2.5 times higher compared to the preceding year.

In the general classification, the CEO of Grupa Kęty Mr Dariusz Mańko has gained the 11th position (total of points in three subrankings).

On the Warsaw Stock Exchange there are listed shares of nearly 800 Polish and foreign companies, out of which 425 on the basic market and 376 on the New Connect market.

The final result of managerial competences subranking depended on awards and honours obtained and the observations and assessments of the consultants cooperating with Martis CONSULTING (10 people). The score ranges from 1 to 10, while 1 means very low competences, and 10 means a complete manager. Three people obtained the highest score.
