Since 2021, the ‘Grupa Kęty for the Children of the Podbeskidzie Region’ Foundation and the City of Bielsko-Biała have been jointly running a campaign to promote and develop the idea of child custody. There has been created a special brand and landing page with the symbol of a bird – the long-tailed tit – which is not a coincidence.
