In reference to the current reports Nos 2/2025 of 9 January 2025 and 25/2025 of 13 June 2025, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that today it has made a decision on updating the calendar of corporate events for the year 2025 available on the Company’s website under the Investor Relations/Grupa Kęty at Warsaw Stock Exchange/Corporate Calendar tab, by changing the planned publishing date of the estimated financial results of the Capital Group of Grupa Kęty S.A. for Q.3, 2025 from 18 September 2025 to 22 September 2025.
The other dates of corporate events in 2025 remain unchanged.
