In reference to the current report No. 2/2023 of 13 January 2023, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer or the Company) informs that today it has made a decision on updating the calendar of corporate events for the year 2023 available on the Company website under the Investor Relations/Grupa Kęty at Warsaw Stock Exchange/Corporate Calendar tab, by changing the planned date of the Annual General Meeting from 23 May 2023 to 21 June 2023.
Legal basis: § 80.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state.
