The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer or the Company), in reference to the current report No. 2/2022 of 14 January 2022, informs that today it has made a decision on updating the calendar of corporate events for the year 2022 available on the Company website under the Investor Relations/Corporate Calendar tab, by changing the planned publishing date of the estimate financial results of the Capital Group of Grupa Kęty S.A. for Q.4, 2022 from 13 December 2022 to 20 December 2022 and change of the date of publication of the 2023 financial results forecast (hereinafter referred to as the Forecast) from 14 December 2022 to 20 December 2022.
At the same time, the Company informs that on 21 December 2022 a conference will be held in which the Issuer’s Management Board is going to discuss the major elements of the Forecast.
