The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer or the Company), in reference to the current reports No. 1/2021 of 7 January 2021 and No. 44/2021 of 14 December 2021, informs that today it has made a decision on updating the calendar of corporate events for the year 2021 available on the Company website under the Investor Relations/Calendar tab, by identifying 22 December 2021 as the planned date of publication of the 2022 financial results projection (hereinafter referred to as Projection) and by way of changing the publication date of the estimate financial results of the Capital Group of Grupa Kęty S.A. for Q.4, 2021 from 23 December 2021 to 22 December 2021.
At the same time the Company informs that on 23 December 2021 a conference will be held in which the Issuer’s Management Board is going to discuss the major elements of the Projection.
The other dates of publishing interim reports and corporate events in 2021 remain unchanged.
