In reference to current report No. 21/2025 of 28 May 2025, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that as at the dividend record day, i.e. 20 August 2025, the number of shares eligible to dividend was 9,822,753 (compared with 9,816,168 as at 28 May 2025).
In consequence, the total amount of dividend to be paid per one share is now PLN 55.46 (compared with PLN 55.50 as at 28 May 2025) and the amount of dividend to be paid per share within the first tranche set for 3 September 2025 is now PLN 16.69 (compared with PLN 16.70 as at 28 May 2025) and the amount of dividend to be paid per share within the second tranche set for 5 November 2025 is now PLN 38.77 (compared with PLN 38.80 as at 28 May 2025).
