The registration of the increase in the Company’s share capital

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that they received the decision of the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście (Central Cracow) in Cracow, 12th Economic Division of the National Court Register concerning the update of the amount of the share capital of Grupa Kęty S.A. in relation to the taking up by Eligible Persons of 11 604 series G shares issued as part of the conditional increase in the Company’s share capital in 2012.

1. The date of the registration of the change in the share capital by the Court: 7 March 2017.
2. The amount of the share capital after the registration of the change: the share capital of Grupa Kęty S.A. amounts to 23,724,950.00 PLN and is divided into 9,489,980 shares at the nominal price of 2.50 PLN each.
3. The total number of votes resulting from all shares after the registration of the change: 9,489,980 votes.
