The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that it received from, its subsidiary Aluprof S.A., the information about filing by Aluprof S.A. of an application to the Ministry of Development regarding the co-financing under the Smart Growth Operational Programme, ‘Support for the environment and capacity of enterprises for R&D&I activity’ priority axis, Measure 2.1: ‘Support for investments in R&D infrastructure’.
In this application, the Company presented its project: “The Construction of the Research and Innovation Centre to Conduct Research and Development Works on the Development of Innovative Systems for the Construction Industry.” The project comprises the construction of and the provision of equipment for the Research and Innovation Centre, which will carry out research and development works. They will result in innovative and environmentally friendly systems for the construction industry with unique technical parameters.
The value of the project is PLN 66 million; the application has been filed to obtain co-financing amounting to PLN 10.7 million. In the case of a positive decision, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. will ask the Supervisory Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. for its permission to modify the strategy for the Aluminium Systems Segment, which currently does not include this project, whose implementation, according to the application, would take place until 30 June 2018.
