The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) informs that on 20 May 2024 the Company received from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as the Shareholder), a proposal to appoint Messrs Piotr Kaczmarek and Przemysław Rasz Members of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The candidates were reported for consideration under the agenda of the Annual General Meeting convened for 29 May 2024, about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 10/2024 of 25 April 2024.
Enclosed to this report are the CVs of the candidates received from the Shareholder as well as the declarations and consents of the candidates.
