(“the Company”) hereby informs that on 11 May 2017 the Company received a notification from Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK represented by Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK, stating that it is proposing Mr Paweł Robert Niedziółka as a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company during the Ordinary (Annual) General Meeting of Shareholders of Grupa Kęty S.A. to be held on 31 May 2017.
