The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”) informs that on 13 August 2020, it received from Nationale-Nederlanden Open-end Pension Fund with its registered office in Warsaw, represented byNationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Shareholder”), a proposal to appoint Messrs Piotr Kaczmarek and Przemysław Rasz independent members of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The candidacies have been reported for consideration under the agenda of the Annual General Meeting convened for 20 August 2020, about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 24/2020 of 23 July 2020.
Enclosed to this report are the CVs of the candidates received from the Shareholder as well as the decelerations and information on the fulfilment of independence criteria for the Supervisory Board members, and also their consent to be candidates.
