The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) informs that the Company received from Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień”, represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA (hereinafter referred to as the Shareholder) a proposal to appoint Mr Grzegorz Piwowar member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
The candidate was reported for consideration under the agenda of the Annual General Meeting convened for 21 November 2024, about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 48/2024 of 23 October 2024.
Enclosed to this report is the bio of the candidate received from the Shareholder, as well as the candidate’s declarations and his consent to run for the position.
