The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that, on 1 February 2016, they were notified by Alupol Films Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Alupol Packaging S.A. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grupa Kęty S.A.) about obtaining another authorization No. 209/2016 of 1 February 2016 to carry out business activities in “Krakowski Park Technologiczny” Special Economic Zone.
The said authorization is based on the assumption that Alupol Films Sp. z o.o., to increase production capabilities in the area of the production and refining of plastic films, will invest 90-117 million PLN until 2022. The projects related to this authorization have not been included in the Strategy of Grupa Kęty for 2015-2020 and, therefore, respective corporate permissions must be obtained for them.
