(hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) informs about today’s receiving from Mr Dariusz Mańko, President of the Issuer’s Management Board, and Messers Rafał Warpechowski, Tomasz Grela, and Piotr Wysocki, Members of the Issuer’s Management Board, of notifications of transactions in the financial instruments of Grupa Kęty S.A.
