The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. informs that on 5 January 2023, it received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A., managing the Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as Allianz OFE) and Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as Allianz DFE), a notification stating that as a result of merger with Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander S.A., managing the Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as Drugi Allianz OFE), which was effected on 30 December 2022, the percentage of the share capital held and the total number of votes at Grupa Kęty S.A. in the Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE accounts grew over 15%.
Before the merger:
Jointly in the accounts of Allianz OFE and Allianz DFE there were 477,218 shares representing 4.95% in the share capital of the Company, which resulted in 477,218 votes on the shares accounting for 4.95% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
In the account of Drugi Allianz OFE there were 1,199,545 shares representing 12.43% in the share capital of the Company, which resulted in 1,199,545 votes on the shares accounting for 12.43% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
After the merger:
Jointly in the Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE, and Drugi Allianz OFE accounts the balance increased to 1,676,763 shares representing 17.38% in the share capital of the Company, which results in 1,676,763 votes on the shares accounting for 17.38% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
