The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on 8 January 2025, it received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. managing the Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as Allianz OFE) a notification on a change in the number of shares and the percentage of the total number of votes in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held by Allianz OFE.
