The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) informs that it received from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. a notification on a change in the number of shares and the percentage of the total number of votes in the Annual General Meeting held by Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny.
