The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer or the Company) informs that on 31 May 2022, it received from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A., managing the Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as OFE) and Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as DFE), a notification stating that as a result of a transaction in the Issuer’s shares on 23 May 2022 the percentage of the share capital held and the total number of votes at the Company in the OFE account and jointly in the OFE and DFE accounts dropped below 5%.
Before the transaction in the OFE account there were 489,026 shares representing 5.0675% in the share capital of the Company and 489,026 votes on the shares accounting for 5.0675% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Jointly in the accounts of OFE and DFE there were 489,621 shares representing 5.0737% in the share capital of the Company and 489,621 votes on the shares accounting for 5.0737% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
After the transaction the balance in the OFE account was reduced to 481,889 shares representing 4.9936% in the share capital of the Company and 481,889 votes on the shares accounting for 4.9936% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Jointly in the OFE and DFE accounts the balance was reduced to 482,484 shares representing 4.9998% in the share capital of the Company and 482,484 votes on the shares accounting for 4.9998% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
