In reference to current report No. 9/2026 of 17 February 2026, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) informs about receiving from Mr Tomasz Grela, Member of the Management Board, on 17 February 2026 of a notification of transactions in the financial instruments of the Issuer.
The supplementation refers to presenting information on all individual transactions covered with the report.
