The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) presents below a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 4 September 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the EGM):
1) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 1,462,000 shares entitling to 1,462,000 votes, which was equivalent to 20.04% of the number of votes represented at the EGM and 15.02% of the total number of votes;
2) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 1,350,000 shares entitling to 1,350,000 votes, which was equivalent to 18.51% of the number of votes represented at the EGM and 13.87% of the total number of votes;
3) Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień” – 860,515 shares entitling to 860,515 votes, which was equivalent to 11.80% of the number of votes represented at the EGM and 8.84% of the total number of votes;
4) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 784,074 shares entitling to 784,074 votes, which was equivalent to 10.75% of the number of votes represented at the EGM and 8.06% of the total number of votes;
5) Vienna Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 574,380 shares entitling to 574,380 votes, which was equivalent to 7.87% of the number of votes represented at the EGM and 5.90% of the total number of votes;
6) UNIQA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 390,239 shares entitling to 390,239 votes, which was equivalent to 5.35% of the number of votes represented at the EGM and 4.01% of the total number of votes.
