The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) presents below a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 May 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the AGM):
1) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 1,486,200 shares entitling to 1,486,200 votes, which was equivalent to 20.91% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 15.35% of the total number of votes (as at the date of registration for the AGM);
2) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 1,455,000 shares entitling to 1,455,000 votes, which was equivalent to 20.47% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 15.03% of the total number of votes (as at the date of registration for the AGM);
3) Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień” – 860,515 shares entitling to 860,515 votes, which was equivalent to 12.11% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 8.89% of the total number of votes (as at the date of registration for the AGM);
4) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 784,074 shares entitling to 784,074 votes, which was equivalent to 11.03% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 8.10% of the total number of votes (as at the date of registration for the AGM);
5) Vienna Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 592,681 shares entitling to 592,681 votes, which was equivalent to 8.34% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 6.12% of the total number of votes (as at the date of registration for the AGM);
6) UNIQA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 390,239 shares entitling to 390,239 votes, which was equivalent to 5.49% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 4.03% of the total number of votes (as at the date of registration for the AGM).
