In reference to current reports No. 3/2025 of 5 February 2025 and No. 28/2025 of 11 July 2025, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) notifies about receiving information that on 1 August 2025 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed Resolution No. 1013/2025 on admission to and introduction in stock trading at the Warsaw Stock Exchange principal market of 6,585 L series ordinary bearer shares of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution).
In compliance with the contents of the Resolution, admitted to trading at the principal market are 6,585 L series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each, identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000094 (hereinafter referred to as the Shares). Pursuant to the Resolution, the Shares will be introduced in trading at the principal market on 8 August 2025, providing that on 8 August 2025 the Central Securities Depository of Poland assimilates the Shares with the other shares of the Company that are traded at the Stock Exchange and are identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000011.
