The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), in reference to current reports Nos 3/2025 of 5 February 2025, 40/2025 of 16 December 2025, 35/2026 of 11 September 2026, and 37/2026 of 21 September 2026, notifies about receiving information that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter referred to as KDPW) issued a statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) on assimilation of:
of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each (hereinafter referred to as the Shares).
As referred to in the Statement, as of 25 September 2026, KDPW decided to assimilate the Shares with the other shares of the Company traded at the Stock Exchange identified by the ISIN PLKETY000011 code.
Therefore, the precondition of introducing the Shares in trading specified in the current report of the Company No. 37/2026 of 21 September 2026 will be fulfilled on 25 September 2026, and on that day the Shares will be introduced in trading at the principal market.
