The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), in reference to the current reports No. 5/2024 of 2 April 2024, No. 6/2024 of 4 April 2024 and No. 9/2024 of 24 April 2024, notifies about receiving information that on 26 April 2024 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the KDPW) issued a statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) on assimilation of 32,124 K series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each, identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000060 (hereinafter referred to as the Shares).
As referred to in the Statement, the KDPW decided to assimilate the Shares with the other shares of the Company traded at the Stock Exchange identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000011, as at 30 April 2024.
Therefore, the precondition of introducing the Shares in trading specified in the current report of the Company No. 9/2024 of 24 April 2024 will be fulfilled on 30 April 2024, and on that day the Shares will be introduced to trading at the principal market.
