The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), in reference to current reports No. 5/2024 of 2 April 2024, No. 30/2024 of 11 July 2024 and No. 33/2024 of 5 August 2024, notifies about receiving information that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the KDPW) issued a statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) on assimilation of 1,700 K series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each, identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000060 (hereinafter referred to as the Shares).
As referred to in the Statement, as of 9 August 2024 the KDPW decided to assimilate the Shares with the other shares of the Company traded at the Stock Exchange identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000011.
Therefore, the precondition of introducing the Shares in trading specified in the current report of the Company No. 33/2024 of 5 August 2024 will be fulfilled on 9 August 2024, and on that day the Shares will be introduced to trading at the principal market.
At the same time, in reference to current report No. 22/2024 of 29 May 2024, the Company informs that the number of shares covered with the dividend passed by Resolution No. 6/2024 of the Annual General Meeting on 29 May 2024 amounts to 9,733,652 as at the date of this current report disclosure (compared with 9,731,952 shares as at 29 May 2024). In consequence, the total amount of dividend to be paid per one share is now PLN 55,40 (compared with PLN 55,41 as at 29 May 2024) and the amount of dividend to be paid per share within the first tranche set for 4 September 2024 is now PLN 18.89 (compared with PLN 18.90 as at 29 May 2024). The amount of dividend to be paid per one share within the second tranche set for 6 November 2024 does not change and amounts to PLN 36.51.
