The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), in reference to the current reports No. 5/2024 of 2 April 2024, No. 14/2024 of 14 May 2024 and No. 23/2024 of 29 May 2024, notifies about receiving information that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the KDPW) issued a statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) on assimilation of 49,676 K series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each, identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000060 (hereinafter referred to as the Shares).
As referred to in the Statement, as of 7 June 2024 the KDPW decided to assimilate the Shares with the other shares of the Company traded at the Stock Exchange identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000011.
Therefore, the precondition of introducing the Shares in trading specified in the current report of the Company No. 23/2024 of 29 May 2024 will be fulfilled on 7 June 2024, and on that day the Shares will be introduced to trading at the principal market.
